Her journey began in 2019 when she earned her first yoga teaching certification. This marked the start of her deep dive into understanding movement and wellness.
In 2022, she took her passion a step further by leading her very first sauna session, igniting a newfound enthusiasm for holistic recovery practices. Since then, Drennen has dedicated herself to continuous growth, obtaining a 500-hour yoga certification and mastering Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). Along the way, she's had the privilege of guiding numerous individuals through transformative sauna experiences, each session imbued with her unwavering dedication to their well-being and vitality.
